How to downgrade or update your iPods firmware

This website gives you all the downloads you could want for your iPod(s), iPod Touch, iPhone. Even iPad!

Anyway when your feeling like a jailbreak or just want to downgrade go here and select what firmware you want in the dropdown menu, hit download and there you have it!

Just if you dont know how to downgrade it to your downloaded firmware, open iTunes.
Go to 'iPod' or what ever your device is called.
Hold shift then click update.
Navigate to where your downloaded file is and select it!

Now enjoy your 'refurbished' device!
